Option 1: Using a coloring shampoo is one option that works for many people. The trouble is that some don’t like the slowness of the color change, or don’t feel that the change is significant enough.
Option 2: Having a color glaze or tone applied to the hair. This is a permanent color process, but instead of dramatically changing the color of the hair, you simply add a toning color to make a slight change in the original color. Glazes and toners can be used to intensify an existing color, mute a color that seems too bold, or simply add shine enhancers to the hair.

You want to cut your own bangs??? I do not recommend trying this at home or before a special event. So before you grab those scissors you need to know some simple rules about bangs, and how to avoid cutting them too short.
”Once you cut it, it’s gone.” Always remember that you can cut more off, but you can’t add it back, so you must be sure of where you’re cutting. You always want to cut your hair when damp; cutting dry hair causes it to fly everywhere, and can fray the ends in some cases. But, if you have curly hair, your hair can shrink up to 4 inches when it dries. Even straight hair can shrink as much as one-and-one-half inches.

Many times, curly hair is prone to dryness, and therefore frizz. You should be sure you are using a shampoo designed to smooth the hair to fight frizz, and keep your hair well conditioned.
You should use a leave-in conditioner and an anti-frizz serum. It will significantly help to keep your hair smooth. Furthermore, I suggest that you give yourself weekly deep conditioning treatments, by applying your favorite conditioner to your hair & covering it with a plastic cap for 15-20 minutes.
To style your curly hair and combat frizz, use a diffuser attachment on your hair dryer and your fingers to lift the hair while drying. Be sure to apply styling gel and anti-frizz serum to the hair to protect it and hold the hair smooth during drying. Just be sure not to let the hair get too dry and break up the curl too much or you’ll still end up with frizz.

One of the things that often works best in these cases is the use of rinse-through conditioner after shampooing, and daily leave-in conditioner as well as smoothing serums and anti-frizz balms. This tip works for both natural and “bottle blondes.” A blue-or violet-hued shampoo will help counteract unwanted brassiness and brighten light tones .The Blonde Glam line by Redken works really well.
Deep Condition:If you’re lightening your hair, it’s probably in need of a weekly deep conditioner. I personally love the Pureology Line!

My advice is to cover all your bases first;
Discuss pedicure options with your doctor and/or podiatrist and customize an appropriate procedure to guide your Licensed Nail Technician .
Before getting a pedicure,Whether you have diabetes or not inspect the salon for cleanliness and proper licensing. Inform your Nail Tech that you have diabetes and discuss the salon’s service and disinfection procedures.
Follow your instincts, if something seems wrong, it probably is.
